When giving a description of the fault, please give all details.

Instead of “It won’t start”
Does the engine turn over at all?
Does it sound faster or slower than usual?
Does it just make a clunk and not make the sound of it turning over?
Is there no noise at all?

Try to be specific.

Did the issue happen suddenly? Get worse over time? Come and go?

Any warning lights displayed before, during or after failure?
Do these lights go off or stay on now?
Send photos if possible please.

Did you experience any loss of engine power? Knocking / rattling / whining noise?

Did the electrics fail (No dashboard / headlights etc etc)

Had the car been sitting unused? Or just been on short trips recently?
Did this fault occur after refuelling the vehicle?

Have you been to a garage about this issue?
Has anyone scanned it to see the fault codes? What were the codes?
Were any parts replaced? Did anything improve temporarily?
